GOOGLE MASTERY
WORK

This collection showcases the assets I created for Google Mastery's e-learning courses. Each illustration was thoughtfully developed through a collaborative effort with a curriculum manager, instructional designers, and graphic designers. Our goal was to enhance the learning experience by visually supporting and simplifying complex course content.

Before creating these illustrations, I took part in the rebranding of Google Mastery, developing a comprehensive style guide to ensure a cohesive and branded look and feel across all materials.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE

Each course needs around 8-15 of these graphics depending on the length. In order to avoid visual clutter, we work with different levels of fidelity that create variation. Illustrations below are broken up by categories, ranging from highest fidelity to lowest.

One of my favorite aspects of working at Google is the push for diversity, equity and inclusion. We reflect this by having a diverse cast of characters that are used throughout the courses. Our hope is for no one to feel excluded, so we are always open to feedback and suggestions on more characters that help represent everyone. These are the characters that I've created and their attributes.

These are some of the courses I've created in collaboration with instructional designers and curriculum managers.

My role is to create illustrations that are relevant to the content and make the learning experience enjoyable. The instructional designer is in charge of both designing how the information will be presented and the course layout.
